At Super Star Motorcycle, we want you to ride with confidence in your gear. If your purchase doesn't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack the Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the gear is in unworn, brand-new condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange item within 5 to 7 business days.
